 Instructions of use 
Product to be tempered for 48-72 hours in a 3-5ºC refrigerator
Product must be completely liquid before being added to a machine
Once thawed product can stay refrigerated for up to 48 hours
Do not refreeze once thawed
Once fully thawed, add to your chosen dispensing machine and follow manufacturers instructions for dispensing

**If using 10kg pail/bucket, product can be scooped directly from pail while frozen to make an Amazonia Açai Bowl
